Les Etangs Fleuris -
Set in the heart of the wide open spaces of the region famous
for the production of Brie cheese, Les Etangs Fleuris offers a
quiet haven within easy reach of Paris and the action packed,
non-stop thrills and spills of Disneyland.
The quickest route to the heart of the capital is to catch the
train from Val d'Europe which is about 30 minutes drive. It's a
giant shopping complex with free all-day parking, so you may not
end up getting to Paris on your first attempt!
Les Etangs Fleuris is a simple, family run site, and the atmosphere around the
calm ponds, after which it is named, carries on through the rest
of the parc.
If you are thinking of flying to Les Etangs Fleuris it is strongly
recommend that you hire a car. This is because the parc is not
easily accessible by public transport and the nearest town and
shops are not in walking distance. Therefore if you plan on
getting out and about, you will only be able to do this by car. |
